Job summary

Morrisons in Bangor is seeking a Checkout Team Leader to drive front-end store operations across checkouts, customer service, kiosks and car parks. You will lead a visible team on the shop floor, coaching colleagues, keeping queues moving and ensuring cash handling and legal standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline checkout or customer service team.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to perform at a high level.
• Solid understanding of cash handling and frontline compliance.
