Morrisons in the United Kingdom is looking for a proactive Checkout Team Leader to drive the front end of store operations. You’ll lead checkouts, customer service, kiosks, and car parks, keeping queues moving and customers satisfied.

You’ll coach a friendly team, ensure cash handling and safety standards are followed, and use store reports to identify improvements, delivering a smooth checkout experience for shoppers across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail.
• Experience with cash handling and safety compliance.
• Ability to use data/store reports to improve checkout performance.

Responsibilities
