Job summary

Morrisons is looking for a Checkout Team Leader to drive the front end of store operations. You’ll lead checkouts, customer service, kiosks and car parks with a proactive approach, ensuring smooth queues and a great shopping experience.

You’ll coach a friendly team, build a supportive culture, and uphold high standards for cash handling, safety, and legal obligations. You’ll use store data to make quick improvements and reduce waste.
