Job summary

B&Q Holywood Exchange is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor for the checkout area. The position is a 3‑month fixed-term contract with shifts across 7.00am–10.00pm, seven days a week. The notional hourly rate is £13.10 per hour, based in Holywood. We value friendly, helpful staff who focus on great customer service and teamwork.

You will assist with tills, click & collect, and displays while delivering a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work on weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at checkouts.
• Assist with click & collect and setting up displays.
