Job summary

B&Q Holywood Exchange in Holywood is hiring a Checkouts Customer Advisor on a part‑time fixed term contract. You’ll work 18.75 hours weekly, across Monday to Sunday, with shift times from 7.00am to 10.00pm and a notional hourly rate of £13.10.

You’ll act as an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement projects, managing tills, click & collect, setting up displays and keeping the store looking inviting.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, enjoys helping others.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Able to work in a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at checkouts.
• Handle tills, click & collect and display setup.
• Keep store presentation neat and inviting.
