Job summary

B&Q Stroud is looking for a part-time Customer Advisor to work 16 hours per week on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll handle tills with a focus on friendly service, assistance, and suggesting home improvement solutions.

Qualifications

• Friendly and eager to learn, with a focus on helping customers.
• Able to work in a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Comfortable with using new technology and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at checkouts and tills.
• Assist customers with click & collect and product information.
• Help set up displays and keep the store looking great.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
