Qualifikationen

• Essential criteria: degree or equivalent, with registration by regulatory body (e.g. NMC, RMN/RN, AHP, social worker).
• Experience coordinating projects in complex environments and leading clinically.
• Ability to develop and implement policy and SOPs.

• Provide senior clinical leadership across CHC, Funded Nursing Care and complex commissioning.
• Support implementation of the National Framework for Continuing Healthcare across workstreams.
• Lead on fast track assessments, reviews, care planning, appeals and retrospective reviews.
