Job summary

Bradley Hall | South East is seeking experienced Chartered Surveyors/Associates to join our Valuation Department in our brand-new South Yorkshire office. You will conduct property inspections, gather evidence, and produce RICS-compliant valuation reports for a diverse client base across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire.

Reporting to the Head of Office, you will support Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal negotiations, while helping develop our presence in the region

Qualifications

• Experience in a valuation role within a chartered surveying firm.
• Must hold Registered Valuer status.
• RICS Chartered status or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the property market and regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional valuation services for varied property types (retail, office, industrial, residential).
• Prepare comprehensive written valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
• Support Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal negotiations.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth in South Yorkshire.
• Conduct market research on local trends across Sheffield, Doncaster, and Rotherham.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services.
• Guide junior team members and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
