Job summary

Bradley Hall is recruiting an experienced Chartered Surveyor/Associate to join our Valuation Department in Birmingham. You will conduct inspections, due diligence, gather evidence, and produce RICS-compliant valuation reports while supporting landlord & tenant matters, rent reviews and lease renewals for existing and new clients.

Qualifications

Experience in a valuation role, preferably in a chartered surveying firm.
RICS Registered Valuer status or working towards it.
Valuations for residential and/or commercial properties.
RICS Chartered status or near achievement.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Provide professional valuation services for a wide range of property types in line with RICS standards.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and deliver timely valuation reports.
Prepare comprehensive written valuation reports addressing all factors.
Identify business growth opportunities and develop client relationships with Head of Valuation.
Conduct market research to stay current with market trends.
Collaborate with valuation team and other departments to offer integrated services.
Mentor junior team members and share expertise.
Ensure compliance with RICS regulations and best practice.
