Job summary

Bradley Hall | South East in Bristol seeks Chartered Surveyors/Associates to join the Valuation Department. You will conduct property inspections, prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports, and support landlord & tenant matters including rent reviews and lease renewals.

The role offers a chance to develop professionally within a forward-thinking firm, reporting to the Head of Valuation and travelling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a valuation role, preferably in a chartered surveying firm.
• Registered Valuer status is required.
• Proven ability to produce detailed, high-quality valuation reports.
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property valuations.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and due diligence for valuation purposes.
• Prepare and deliver RICS-compliant valuation reports.
• Support landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
