Job summary

Bradley Hall is recruiting a Chartered Valuation Surveyor / Associate to join the Valuation & Lease Advisory team in the UK. The role involves handling a varied portfolio of commercial property valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, taxation, acquisitions and disposals, and providing high-quality advisory support.

You will inspect properties, conduct market research, and prepare Red Book-compliant reports while expanding client relationships and contributing to team growth.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or closely related professional qualification.
• Experience in commercial property valuation, ideally in consultancy or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and RICS standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage a varied portfolio of commercial property valuation instructions.
• Prepare Red Book-compliant valuation reports for secured lending, financial reporting and other purposes.
• Inspect a range of commercial, residential, development and investment properties and record data accurately.
• Carry out market research, evidence analysis and financial calculations.
• Provide valuation advice to clients, lenders, investors and other professionals.
• Maintain knowledge of local, regional and national property markets.
• Manage instructions from enquiry to completion, meeting deadlines and client requirements.
• Support business development and fee proposals; build client relationships.
