Are you an experienced Chartered Surveyor looking for an opportunity where your expertise, performance and the fees you generate are properly rewarded?

We're recruiting for an established surveying business seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to strengthen its Kent valuation team.

This opportunity is suited to an MRICS-qualified surveyor with VRS accreditation and a strong background in commercial property valuations, HMOs, multi-unit freehold blocks and development valuations.

With a basic salary of up to £75,000 and realistic earning potential advertised at £120,000 OTE, the position offers an uncapped, fee-based bonus structure with no minimum threshold.

The Role

As a Chartered Surveyor, you'll undertake property valuation instructions across Kent, working with a variety of commercial and residential investment assets.

You'll be responsible for managing valuation work professionally, maintaining high reporting standards and building effective relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

• MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum.
• On-Target Earnings: Up to £120,000+.
