Are you an experienced Valuation Surveyor looking for something beyond a traditional valuation position?

Beach Baker is working with a highly established UK property consultancy that is investing significantly in the growth of its valuation business.

They are looking to appoint an Associate Director or Director-level RICS Registered Valuer, offering a basic salary of up to £70,000 plus an attractive bonus structure.

The Opportunity

The role also offers a broader commercial remit than many traditional valuation positions, with the opportunity to generate additional income through business development.

Valuation Work

The team undertakes a varied range of mainstream commercial and residential valuation instructions, including:

• Retail
• Offices
• Mixed-use assets
• Residential property
• HMOs

The business deliberately focuses on mainstream commercial and residential valuation rather than specialist trading properties. Clients include major UK lenders, providing an established flow of valuation instructions alongside the opportunity to develop new relationships.

About You

We are keen to speak with experienced MRICS-qualified and RICS Registered Valuers operating at Associate Director or Director level. You are likely to be:

• An experienced commercial property valuer
• Comfortable managing valuation instructions independently
• Commercially minded and confident developing client relationships
• Interested in business development and generating new instructions
• Looking for greater autonomy and influence over your career
• Motivated by the opportunity to earn beyond your basic salary
• Keen to play a meaningful part in growing a valuation business

You might currently be working within one of the larger corporate consultancies and looking for greater autonomy, or within an independent practice where you feel you have reached a ceiling.
