Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer to lead the structural delivery of multiple projects across buildings and infrastructure. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with BIM standards and project execution plans.

You will mentor junior engineers, work across multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong client relationships while adapting to hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with MIStructE or MICE.
• Experience leading structural delivery on small/medium projects.
• Experience across multidisciplinary teams and ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects to completion within budget and program.
• Ensure high-quality structural engineering design.
• Be the main client contact and mentor junior staff.
• Advise on BIM standards and project execution plans.
