Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or nearing chartership.
• Proven ability to lead structural delivery on small to medium projects.
• Experience with common structural materials and current standards.
• Familiarity with Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, or similar tools (desirable).
• Experience delivering projects from concept through to construction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of projects from concept to construction.
• Manage small project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Act as a key client contact and build strong relationships.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient structural designs.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project BIM Execution Plans.
• Oversee and guide teams, reporting to the team leader.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
