Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Manchester is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead design and delivery across building structures projects. You will oversee technical delivery, mentor engineers and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, while building strong client relationships and driving innovative, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and Chartered Engineer status.
• Significant experience in structural design across sectors.
• Proven track record delivering design with steel, concrete, timber, masonry.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery across building structures projects from concept to detail.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and support chartership progression.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead design reviews.
• Ensure technical quality and compliance with Eurocodes and standards.
