Job summary

My client in Edinburgh seeks an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (or Associate Director) to join their growing team. You will be MRICS qualified and capable of leading a small team, managing client relationships, and contributing to networking and business development.

They work on projects across residential, leisure, industrial warehousing, offices and schools up to about £120m. Salary negotiable around £65k–£75k with benefits and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and able to lead a small team.
• Experience with bids and fee proposals.
• Keen to network and develop new business.
• Experience across private and public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a small team in the Edinburgh office.
