Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered status preferred for senior level work.
• Experience in cost planning, value engineering and tender preparation.
• Experience in working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning and value engineering on large commercial projects.
• Provide procurement and strategy advice to project teams.
• Prepare tenders and manage billing processes for projects.
