Job summary

You will enjoy autonomy, develop senior client relationships, and mentor junior surveyors within a small established consultancy. MRICS qualification and a strong PQS background are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required.
• Strong PQS background across commercial and/or residential sectors.
• Experience managing projects and clients independently.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across a varied project portfolio.
• Manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.
