T.E.D Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (or Associate Director) to join an Edinburgh office with real prospects to grow. You will be MRICS qualified, lead a small team, manage client relationships, and contribute to networking and business development.

The role covers a broad range of projects in private and public sectors, with salary negotiable around £65,000–£75,000, and a hybrid working pattern (one day per week in the office).

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified with leadership and client-facing experience.
• Experience managing bids and fee proposals for PQS or multi-disciplinary firms.
• Strong networking and business development capabilities.
