Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor - Liverpool
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience | Liverpool office with hybrid working

Our client is an independent real estate consultancy, and the Liverpool team covers refurbishment, fit-out, dilapidations, technical due diligence, planned maintenance and defect advice. Clients are investors, landlords, occupiers and developers across the North West.

You choose how far to take it. Lead projects, build a specialism, or do both, working alongside engineers, project managers and ESG consultants.

What you’ll do as a Building Surveyor in Liverpool

• Deliver a broad mix of commercial building surveying instructions
• Lead or support refurbishment, fit-out and improvement projects
• Advise landlords and tenants on dilapidations
• Run instructions from start to finish, including fee proposals, invoicing and pipeline
• Help graduates and apprentices develop

What you’ll need

• MRICS qualified

• A solid grounding in generalist instructions such as dilapidations, project management and TDD
• Refurbishment experience in industrial, office, retail, leisure, hotel, student accommodation or residential is a bonus
