HD Surveyors Ltd. seeks a Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor in Liverpool to lead surveying instructions for commercial assets. You will act as the main contact for investor and occupier clients and manage refurbishment and fit-out contracts.

Qualifications

MRICS qualification or equivalent is required.
Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
1–3 years post-qualification experience.

Lead delivery of building surveying instructions across commercial assets.
Act as key point of contact for investor and occupier clients.

THE ROLE

Lead delivery of building surveying instructions across commercial assets
Act as key point of contact for investor and occupier clients
Undertake contract administration across refurbishment and fit-out schemes
Deliver dilapidations instructions including negotiation and settlement
Prepare technical due diligence reports for acquisitions and disposals
Produce building surveys, defect analysis and PPM schedules
Provide professional advice across landlord and tenant matters
Manage multiple instructions with direct responsibility for delivery and reporting
Work within a multi-disciplinary environment on cross-service instructions
Support fee generation and contribute to local pipeline growth
Assist in developing client relationships within the Liverpool market
