Job summary

Theodore Harrison Ltd, a Liverpool-area building surveying consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to own a varied project portfolio from feasibility through to completion. The role is client-facing with real autonomy: manage your own projects and client relationships while the business grows.

You will lead design development, advise on options and budgets, prepare specifications and tenders, run procurement, carry out surveys, and support lifecycle planning and statutory

Qualifications

• MRICS or MCIOB or working towards chartership.
• Public sector project experience, ideally education.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

A well-regarded building surveying consultancy in Liverpool, with a strong pipeline of work and a record of developing people into senior roles, is looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to take ownership of a varied project portfolio.

It's a client-facing role with real autonomy: your own projects, your own client relationships, and room to progress as the business grows.

The work
