• Be a point of contact for clients across the North West.
• Mentor graduates and apprentices.
• Develop long-term client relationships and help bring in new work.

Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor - Manchester

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience | Manchester office with hybrid working

This Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor role in Manchester is for someone who wants more responsibility without narrowing their work. Our client is an independent real estate consultancy with a multi-skilled team. In Manchester you’d manage your own instructions across refurbishment, fit-out, dilapidations, technical due diligence, planned maintenance and defect advice.

Your clients would be investors, landlords, occupiers and developers across the North West. You can take project lead, grow a specialism and get support from colleagues in engineering, project management and ESG.

Your day-to-day as a Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor in Manchester

• Take on a varied commercial portfolio, from refurbishment and fit-out to dilapidations for landlords and tenants
