You will deliver refurbishment, fit-out and dilapidations work, lead projects or support teams, and help develop graduates while building strong client relationships. MRICS is required and a background across industrial, office, retail, leisure or residential projects is a bonus; a

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified.
• Comfortable in front of clients and keen to help win new work.
• Grounding in dilapidations, project management and TDD.
• Refurbishment experience in industrial, office, retail, leisure, hotel, student accommodation or residential is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad mix of commercial building surveying instructions.
• Lead or support refurbishment, fit-out and improvement projects.
• Advise landlords and tenants on dilapidations.
• Run instructions from start to finish, including fee proposals, invoicing and pipeline.
• Help graduates and apprentices develop.
• Build client relationships and contribute to new business.
