You’ll join a structured early careers path with mentorship, buddy support, and professional qualification workshops while rotating through surveying tasks and contract administration. Salary £33,000; permanent role.

Qualifications

• Degree – Minimum 2:2 in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
• Demonstrate a strong passion for Building Surveying and the property industry.
• Confident in communicating verbally and in writing for reports.
• Project management skills to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Some travel will be required to sites and inspections.
• Right to work in the UK with no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting sites to complete Building Surveyor inspections.
• Desktop survey research on sites and properties.
• Prepare reports outlining the state of the property/site after inspections.
• Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent on fit-out/refurbishment contracts.
• Negotiate schedules of dilapidations and plan exit strategies for repairs.
• Assist with planning preventative maintenance and portfolio instructions.
