Qualifications

• RICS Accredited Degree for the Building Surveying Pathway, with honors at lower second class (2:2) or equivalent.

• Assist an experienced team to operate a full range of building surveying instructions.
• Deliver professional works including Schedule of Dilapidations and pre-acquisition surveys.
• Work on contract management and project management for commercial properties.
