Blue Cross in Warminster is seeking a Store Manager to lead our charity shop team. You will drive sales, manage costs, and champion Gift Aid while maintaining high merchandising standards and a welcoming, community-focused environment.

You will oversee stock, fundraising activities, and daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service. A driving licence and experience with volunteers are beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience.
• Commercial awareness to deliver sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong external relationships.
• Good IT skills and a basic understanding of finance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate staff and volunteers, recruiting new people and ensuring training and confidence in roles.
• Own sales and profit, work with Area Manager to plan income targets and manage costs.
• Champion Gift Aid, pricing accuracy, and in-store fundraising to grow the shop.
• Oversee stock, donations, merchandising standards and day-to-day processes.
• Set the tone for outstanding customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build strong community connections and represent Blue Cross values.
