Job summary

Oxfam GB is seeking a Shop Manager to lead retail teams, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service within a busy shop environment. The role involves managing volunteers, maintaining standards, and delivering results for our charity.

As a commercially minded individual, you will motivate staff and volunteers, uphold our values, and seek opportunities to attract new supporters and donors through engaging store operations and merchandising.
