Job summary

Blue Cross is seeking a Retail Cover Supervisor for our Andover shop on a zero hours basis. You will supervise volunteers, assist customers and ensure the shop is well-presented, welcoming and safe. The role involves driving Gift Aid, processing donations and pricing items to maximise fundraising outcomes.

You’ll contribute to a lively, community-focused shop environment with a positive team spirit. Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred, with flexibility to work variable hours.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, with some supervision or management exposure.
• Customer service is central; ability to welcome a variety of customers including dogs.
• Experience driving Gift Aid sign-ups and handling donations is beneficial.

• Supervise and motivate volunteers.
