Job summary

Helen & Douglas House is seeking a Relief Shop Supervisor for our charity shop network. The role is bank/zero hours with hours as agreed, across various locations, and pays £12.86 per hour. Closing date is 22 September 2026 at 12:00 BST.

You will work with shop teams to maximise sales, support families in difficult times, and uphold high standards of service. Prior charity retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good eye for detail and strong organisational and IT skills.
• Experience in charity retail is helpful.
• Ability to manage volunteer teams in varied situations.
