National Star in Tewkesbury is seeking an experienced charity retail manager to lead our largest store in the town centre. You will drive sales while maintaining exceptional in-store customer experience through strong presentation and merchandising.

You will recruit, train and manage a team of volunteers and deputy managers, with flexible 4-day weeks and weekend coverage where required. A background in charity retail and team leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Significant charity retail experience and team leadership skills.
• Experience recruiting, training and managing volunteers.
• Strong customer service and merchandising abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the store operations to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and manage volunteers and part-time deputy managers.
• Coordinate staffing and cover shifts across 4 days per week, including some weekends.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, stock management and health and safety.
