Job summary

The Recruitment Group is seeking an inspiring Regional Retail Operations Manager to lead a charity’s retail network across a designated South-region area. The role combines home/HQ-based work with regular travel to stores, and HQ in West Oxfordshire.

You will drive sales, Gift Aid and donations while building strong community partnerships and supporting new store openings, ensuring safety and policy compliance across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and volunteers.
• Proven ability to drive sales and donor fundraising.
• Strong customer service and stock management skills.
• Willingness to travel across regional stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers, staff and volunteers.
• Drive sales, Gift Aid, donations and store performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and stock control.
