Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group in the UK is seeking an inspiring Regional Retail Operations Manager to lead the performance and development of a charity’s retail network across a designated South region. The role is HQ/home-based with regular travel to stores.

You will work with the Senior Leadership team to drive sales, Gift Aid, donations and community partnerships, while developing Store Managers, staff and volunteers and ensuring safe, high‑standard operations.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspiring and commercially focused Regional Retail Operations Manager to lead the performance and development of a charity's retail network across a designated area in the South.

The role offers a home/HQ-based working arrangement, with the HQ located in West Oxfordshire, alongside regular travel across the regional store network.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, the successful candidate will drive sales and income, support regional growth and build strong relationships across stores and local communities.
