Job summary

Age UK is seeking a Store Manager in Caversham, Reading to lead our shop floor and volunteer team. You will drive store performance, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure effective stock management while supporting Age UK’s charitable mission.

You will manage a diverse team across a 7-day week, requiring a proactive, people-focused leader with strong organisational skills and a passion for retail. This is a rewarding role in a charity setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a performance-driven retail/customer-centric environment.
• Experience of managing people.
• Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg.
