This full‑time role is 35 hours per week across 5 days, with a salary of £27,755 per annum (£15.25 per hour). Applicants should be prepared to undergo a DBS check and contribute to our values and mission.

• Experience in customer service and retail administration.
• Ability to lead a diverse team including volunteers.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and managing store operations.
