Cancer Research UK is seeking a motivated superstore assistant manager to join our trading team. You’ll act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, supporting the superstore manager and your team to maximise on sales and fundraising targets, in a community store that showcases our brand and charitable mission.

You’ll lead by example, recruit and develop staff and volunteers, manage stock and displays, and work with the team to meet targets for donated stock, cash, and Gift Aid while building

Qualifikationen

• Experience of leading a large, diverse retail team.
• Track record of meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume store.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible rota availability.

• Support the store manager in guiding and developing staff.
• Oversee merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
