Octopus Legacy Limited is hiring a Charity Account Manager on a 12-month maternity cover to manage a portfolio of UK charity partners. You will own onboarding through renewal, building strong relationships with legacy and fundraising teams, and spotting opportunities to upgrade packages or introduce new products.

This fixed-term role requires hitting renewals and upsell targets, growing contract value, and driving partner activation across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or partnerships in a B2B setting.
• Strong track record of renewal and upsell targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
