Job summary

Scope seeks a Senior Corporate Partnership Manager to lead the delivery and growth of major corporate partnerships from our London base with hybrid working and occasional travel. You will manage high-value accounts, secure new business and shape partnership strategy to maximise impact.

You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, craft compelling propositions, and mentor colleagues while driving income against ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Experience securing and managing high-value corporate partnerships.
• Ability to develop compelling partnership propositions, pitches and presentations.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver significant income through a combination of new business, partnership growth and long-term retention.
• Lead the development and management of Scope's largest and most strategically important corporate partnerships.
• Identify and secure high-value partnership opportunities aligned to Scope's priorities.
• Lead the cultivation and acquisition of major corporate partnerships, including flagship Charity of the Year opportunities.
• Develop compelling partnership propositions, pitches and presentations.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, executive teams and board-level stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of Scope's highest-value corporate partnerships and lead strategic reviews and renewal discussions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and increase investment.
• Represent Scope at meetings, conferences and networking events.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
