Job summary

Howden, a global insurance group, seeks an ambitious Client Executive to join its Charity and Not for Profit team in Cheltenham. Based in our Cheltenham office, you will manage an existing portfolio, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, ensuring the right coverages and competitive pricing while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience providing specialist insurance advice.
• Experience in Charity or Not for Profit sector advantageous.
• Knowledge of main classes of general insurance and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing account management and renewal for existing portfolio.
• Manage relationships with key decision makers within partnerships.
• Manage relationships with external service providers.
• Exceed annual targets.
• Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend quarterly MI meetings with partners.
• Travel to partner meetings and client events.
