Job summary

Howden is seeking a Client Executive to join the Charity and Not for Profit team in Cheltenham. You will manage an existing portfolio, handle renewals and mid-term adjustments, and tailor coverages with competitive pricing to meet client needs.

This full-time, hybrid role requires strong relationship skills, target focus, and collaboration with partners and internal teams. A minimum of 3 years’ specialist insurance experience and knowledge of general insurance, GDPR and ethics framework is

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market.
• Experience in Charity/Not-for-Profit sector is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing account management and renewals for the existing portfolio.
• Manage relationships with key decision makers within partnerships.
• Travel to partner meetings and client events.
• Exceeding annual targets and deadlines as defined by the business plan.
• Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
