Job summary

Howden, a global insurance group with 24,000 employees, is seeking an ambitious Client Executive to join the Charity and Not-for-Profit team in Cheltenham. Based in Cheltenham, you will manage existing clients, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, delivering tailored coverage and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market.
• Experience within the Charity or Not for Profit sector would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing account management and renewal for our existing portfolio.
• Effectively managing relationships with key decision makers within our partnerships
• Effectively managing relationships with external service provider
• Exceeding annual targets
• Engaging regularly with internal and external stake holders
• Quarterly MI meetings held with each partner
• Travel to partner meetings and attend client promotional events
