Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group seeking a Client Executive for the New Business Education team in Cheltenham. The role is full-time, hybrid or home-based with occasional office days in Cheltenham for collaboration.

You will prospect, build client relationships, and tailor commercial insurance solutions for schools, meeting targets while ensuring regulatory compliance. Training and CI exams support are provided.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required or implied.
• Cert CII desirable for progression in insurance.
• 2+ years’ experience in insurance sales or broking.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new clients of various sizes.
• Speak with clients to provide suitable School insurance solutions.
• Attend conferences to generate new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts using pipeline reporting and CRM.
• Support the wider team in managing key partner relationships.
• Travel for face-to-face meetings and conferences as needed.
