Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) Birmingham charity insurance team is seeking a client-focused professional to manage a portfolio of charity clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

This hybrid role combines relationship management, policy administration, and renewal negotiations with a collaborative team. You will prepare documents for new business, mid-term changes, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while developing your Cert CII and

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance, ideally in the charity sector.
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Commitment to pursuing Cert CII and Dip CII.
• Proficiency in Acturis and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of charity clients and build relationships.
• Prepare documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
• Negotiate renewal terms with insurers and provide solutions.
• Attend virtual client meetings and manage account queries.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory policies.
