Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) Birmingham charity insurance team is seeking a client-focused professional to manage a portfolio of charity clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

This hybrid role combines relationship management, policy administration, and renewal negotiations with a collaborative team. You will prepare documents for new business, mid-term changes, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while developing your Cert CII and

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance, ideally in the charity sector.
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Commitment to pursuing Cert CII and Dip CII.
• Proficiency in Acturis and MS Office.

Overview

Join our Charities team in Birmingham, where we specialise in providing tailored insurance solutions for small and medium-sized organisations in the charity sector. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team. You'll manage a portfolio of clients with diverse insurance needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solutions.

How you'll make an impact

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of charity clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs. You'll prepare documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. You'll also explore renewal terms, negotiate with insurers, and provide the best solutions for your clients. Your role will involve attending virtual client meetings, managing account queries, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies.
