You will handle a broad range of workplace matters, delivering high-quality legal advice and building trusted relationships with a diverse client base.

You will work alongside supportive colleagues, collaborating across teams to ensure excellent service while developing your own expertise within a respected charity-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Essentials: Employment law experience.
• Interest in working with Charity clients.
• Knowledge of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Knowledge of TUPE issues.
• Experience in contract drafting.
• Experience in tribunal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support complex and high-value employment matters for Charity sector clients.
• Provide employment advice to the firm’s clients and prospects.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their aims.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Engage in business development, networking and client engagement.
• Manage matters to a high standard with timely delivery and commercial awareness.
• Maintain professional development and stay informed of legal and sector developments.
• Prepare cases for Tribunal hearings, with supervision where appropriate.
