Job summary

Stone King LLP is recruiting a talented Solicitor to join our Charity & Social Enterprise team. You’ll advise a diverse range of charities and social enterprises, developing specialist practice in charity law within a leading UK firm.

You'll work with supportive colleagues across teams, taking increasing ownership of complex matters with senior support. The role offers hybrid working, two days in the office, and opportunities for business development and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with solid drafting, legal research and file management experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally with colleagues and externally with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Sufficient post-qualification experience to manage day-to-day matters with appropriate supervision and develop a specialist practice in the charity and social enterprise sector.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex and high-value legal matters within the charity & social enterprise sector.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their aims and supporting their success.
• Collaborate across the team and wider firm to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Take increasing ownership of matters with support from senior colleagues.
• Support business development, including networking and client engagement.
