You will advise a diverse range of charities, social enterprises and purpose-driven organisations while growing your own expertise, taking ownership where appropriate and maintaining high professional standards throughout.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in drafting, legal research, file management and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
• Post-qualification experience in charity and social enterprise sector is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft, research and manage charity and social enterprise matters with appropriate supervision.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development and client service excellence.
