• Essential: Employment law experience.
• Interest in working with Charity clients.
• Knowledge of Disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Knowledge of TUPE issues.
• Contract drafting.
• Tribunal Preparation.

Responsibilities

• Advising on complex workplace matters for charity clients.
• Reviewing and drafting contracts of employment.
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues and procedures.
• Advising on TUPE issues.
• Preparing cases for Tribunal hearings.
• Developing business and client relationships.
