Qualifications

• Interest in working with Charity clients.
• Knowledge of Disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Knowledge of TUPE issues.
• Knowledge and drive to grow business development initiatives.
• Experience in working with charities / third sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex employment matters for charity clients.
• Provide employment advice to the firm’s clients and prospects.
• Build trusted client relationships and understand their aims.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality client service.
• Work alongside the HR Consultancy team and contribute to business development.
